This year, we will be observing the National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. It is a special day to raise HIV status awareness and educate the public about HIV/AIDS-related stigma among Asian & Pacific Islander communities. Even though effective prevention tools and efforts exist, we need to continue to encourage folks to know their HIV status so they can take the necessary steps and choices on how to live healthier and productive lives.
