gaparap is a conversation group for gay Asian men. We get together once a month on Sunday evening. We talk about things like dating, casual sex, relationships, families, being gay and Asian in the workplace.

Our conversations are informal, casual. We encourage people to participate at their own pace, in whatever way makes them comfortable. It's okay to just sit and listen to what others have to say.

If you currently attend gaparap, then you may be interested in participating in the gaparap e-group. This egroup has been established to provide members of gapa-rap another means to communicate with one another.

gaparap is a friendly, safe space for gay Asian men to chat, socialize and learn from each other's experiences.

We meet in San Francisco or East Bay, at the homes of our members. The home setting contributes to the relaxed and casual environment we seek to foster for our get-togethers.

We start at 6pm with a potluck dinner. Please bring a dish per person to share with the group.

Attendance is FREE. RSVP's are encouraged and appreciated, although last-minute drop-ins are absolutely okay.
